Shipping policy

At BTBullion, we are committed to dispatching your order securely and promptly.

Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD) for all orders, unless otherwise stated or agreed. RMSD is a fully tracked and insured service, ensuring next-day delivery by 13:00 once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days after payment has been received and cleared into BTBullion’s bank account. This applies to all payment methods, including Shopify Payments and bank transfers.

  • Shopify Payments: Orders will be dispatched only after funds have cleared into our account.

  • Bank Transfers: Once the transfer has been received and cleared, the order will be processed for dispatch.

Please note that during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, dispatch times may vary slightly. If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
